Application Terms of Service

Welcome to CoachGrowth OS. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our application, website, and services. By accessing or using CoachGrowth OS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

CoachGrowth OS is a business operating system designed for coaches, consultants, and trainers to manage their operations, tracking, sales, and teams.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To use certain features, you may need to register for an account using Google Login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you input into the Service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.

You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments may be processed via Razorpay or other third-party payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our refund policy. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data.

The Service may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Google Drive, Meta Ads). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the performance or data practices of third-party services.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, text, and graphics, are and will remain the exclusive property of CoachGrowth OS and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We strive to ensure the Service is available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachGrowth OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoachGrowth OS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
